REFUNDS & RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your Paintsy paint-by-number kit, you may return it within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund. Returns are free of charge. Simply contact us for a free return label.
Your kit must be unused and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return.
To initiate a return, please reach out to our Customer Support Team.
Once we receive your returned product, we will notify you via email. Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
CANCELLATIONS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Support Team within 24 hours of placing the order.
Orders remain in processing for 6 hours before being transmitted to our fulfillment facility for immediate dispatch.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you receive a defective kit, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.
Please send a video to our Customer Support Team to support your claim.
WRONG ADDRESS
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly.
If you believe you’ve entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact our Customer Support Team within 6 hours of ordering. We aim to process orders quickly, so there is a brief window to correct any address errors.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Paintsy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please file a claim with your respective shipping carrier.

LIMITED WARRANTY
- Coverage: This warranty applies to Paintsy paint-by-number kits purchased from us for one year from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship.
- Inclusions: The warranty covers paints, brushes, and canvases under normal use.
- Exclusions: Damages caused by misuse, unauthorized repairs, exposure to extreme conditions, or normal wear and tear are not covered.
- Claims: To make a claim, please provide proof of purchase and contact our Customer Support Team with details of the issue. Photos of the product or the return of the item may be required for assessment.
- Resolution: We will offer either replacement paints or brushes, or store credit for verified manufacturing defects.
- Limitations: The warranty is limited to the purchase price of the kit and excludes indirect damages. It applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
- Statutory Rights: This warranty complements your statutory consumer rights, which may vary by location.
